Refund & Shipping Policy

• All books are shipped USPS or UPS.  

• Items that occur damage through shipping may be returned to us

• Our refund policy is 15 Days from when you have received the item. Unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange after this period. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. 

• We take great care in packaging all of our orders. If you have receive an item that has damage or your unhappy with, please email us within the 14 day time frame with a brief description and photos.  If an exchange is not available we will process a refund.

• No returns on books that have returned graded by CGC at your request. 

• There are no refunds on preorder books. This also includes delayed books that are out of our control.
